Growing up in India, I was surrounded by the flavors of traditional Indian food, and my love for spices was a natural part of my upbringing. When I started focusing on a vegan lifestyle for health reasons, I had to learn how to recreate my favorite Indian dishes without meat and dairy.

Join me for an in-person vegan Indian cooking class where I’ll show you how to make delicious Indian meals using simple ingredients and in less time. In the class, I’ll demonstrate the process, and then we’ll get to enjoy the tasty food we cook together.

I have also managed to make delicious vegan chai with oat milk and traditional spices. Come, sip hot vegan chai while you learn the easy and tasty way to make vegan Indian dishes!

By the end, you’ll have the skills to recreate this mouthwatering vegan biryani at home.
