How I Cook Easy My Aloo Gobi Recipe with Preeti’s All Purpose Indian Kitchen Masala

I start by heating oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, I add the onions and cook them for a few minutes until soft and lightly translucent. Then I add the potatoes and sauté them briefly so they begin to absorb flavor. A little water is added, to help the potatoes cook until they are partly tender.

Next, I add the cauliflower and mix everything. I sprinkle in my Preeti’s All Purpose Indian Kitchen Masala along with salt and stir well so the spices coat all the vegetables evenly. The masala adds warmth, depth, and rich Indian flavor without needing many separate spices.

I then add more water and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. After lowering the heat, I cover the pan and let the vegetables cook slowly until the cauliflower becomes tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.

Finally, I top the dish with fresh cilantro and serve it hot. It is a simple, comforting meal that works well for lunch or dinner.
