This is a simple, comforting masala chai made with black tea, water, milk, and Preeti’s Chai Masala. The tea is first brewed in water with a small amount of chai masala to release warm, aromatic flavors. Black tea is then added for strength, followed by milk to create a smooth, creamy balance. You can use regular dairy milk or any plant-based milk, with oat milk being a favorite for its rich, slightly sweet taste. The chai is gently boiled again, strained, and served hot with your choice of sweetener. It is quick to make, deeply warming, and perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Notes
### Tip For the best flavor, let the tea simmer gently with the chai masala and avoid over-boiling after adding milk. A short rest time after turning off the heat helps the spices settle and makes the chai smoother and more aromatic.
1. You can adjust the strength of chai by changing the water-to-milk ratio. Less water makes the chai richer and more concentrated.2. Plant-based milks vary in thickness. Oat milk gives a creamy texture and natural sweetness, so you may need less sugar.3. Start with a small amount of Preeti’s Chai Masala (¼ tsp). You can always increase slightly based on your taste preference.
