Tracy’s journey with yoga began during her physical therapy for pelvic organ prolapse, where she incorporated the techniques into her practice and saw progress. However, after treatment, she struggled to find suitable exercise options, leading her and her friends to face similar challenges. To address this issue, Tracy became a certified yoga instructor and specialized in teaching yoga for the pelvic floor.
Through her teachings, Tracy helps people worldwide improve their quality of life through yoga. She started by teaching daily morning yoga classes to friends and family, resulting in impressive results such as pain-free walking, no bladder leaks, and even canceled surgeries after three months of practicing together. Tracy realized the potential of this style of yoga to help numerous people and began filming her favorite classes, creating a “how-to” workshop. Additionally, she taught herself how to build a video-based website, which became the foundation for Yoga Below the Belt, her online platform aimed to help others with similar issues.
