Nectar and Nurture Yoga’s founder, Ryah Dekis, is an experienced yoga teacher and advocate of traditional healing therapies. She has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for over 15 years. Since 2014, Ryah has trained and inspired numerous yoga teacher trainees through her Yoga Teacher Training and Continuing Education programs. In addition to her yoga expertise, Ryah is a certified Reiki Master in both Usui and Holy Fire Reiki. Ryah Dekis offers comprehensive training and attunements from level 1 to Master, in-person or virtually.
