Philosophy of Ayurveda

Ayurveda is based on the premise that disease and illness originate from an imbalance in the body energies. The aim is to balance our energies within the body and connect with outer nature. That way we can heal our inner and outer selves holistically. A healthy body radiates wellness and balance. It can be achieved by following a health care system that aims at more than a disease-free body.  Ayurveda concentrates on health and wellness by harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.
